How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the “Pickup” field, and your destination – in the “Drop-off” field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, ChauffeurDubai support manager via email contact@airport-line-taxis.co.uk or in online chat.

How can I find my driver?

The driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail?

This can be caused due to a couple of reasons.
A) Sometimes there is a problem with spam filter. Please check your spam folder as it seems to resolve most cases. This applies particularly when you have a gmail, hotmail or yahoo e-mail account.
B) Check if you have typed the e-mail correctly.If nothing helps just email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually in a couple of hours).

What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?

Your driver will be informed and vehicle rescheduled.

What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Firstly call the telephone number as per your booking confirmation, where our advisors will direct you to your driver. In the event of difficulty call as  with reservations number (or the emergency number if outside hours) and they will assist you further.
